Google Maps are currently down on the site because google in their infinite wisdom as the overlords of everything internet (until Amazon usurps them) has changed the rules for displaying maps. They now require an API in the site, and beyond a certain number of page loads we will be charged. We are currently looking into what other people are doing, and right now it’s looking like we need to upgrade TNG to the latest software, which we aren’t ready to do yet. Bing doesn’t appear to be an option either as their maps aren’t capable of doing everything we are currently capble of doing. We weren’t planning on doing the upgrade until all the documents have been loaded, and there’s still about 1000 to go. I’ll be the first to admit, I haven’t been very helpful lately which I need to change, because it’s too much for one person to do on their own. It’s also Thanksgiving weekend up here which means there’s a lot going on. It is also is the weekend that kicks off the craziest, busiest time of year for our group so for the immediate future the maps are going to remain broken. Which with 2 Virgos in the group might cause our heads to explode. Once we have it figured out, we’ll get the issue fixed. We appreciate everyone’s patience while they’re down.
