Private Albert Thomas Capewell

In the addition of records to the Family Trees, we discovered Albert Thomas Capewell living with the McDowell-Faulkner family in 1906.  Immediately his information resembled that of a British Home Child, and we were quickly able to put together the life story of Private Albert Thomas Capewell.  This is the second BHC found in Manitoba in these lines, and it’s our hope that by sharing the stories of these BHC that we’ll be able to connect families with their loved ones that spent time with our families here in Canada.  Edit:  BHCARA is accepting admissions to the registry, so we’ve made sure they get copies of this information as well – We can never give enough praise for their amazing work in collecting histories and giving these children the recognition they deserve.  To visit the British Home Children Registry: Private Albert Thomas Capewell
