I believe that through meditation and reflection we can improve on our life paths, our personal being, and that such activities encourage a more evolved thinking process.  There is no ultimate way to meditate, it is a personal reflection that can only be improved with practice.

The meditations included within this section are geared towards the health of one's spirit.  They are to gain insight, to find comfort.  I ask that if you are going to pass them on to others that you include the author information, as I worked hard on writing all this out to share.  I hope that these meditations help all of you in finding inner peace and enlightenment.
