Pearl is a symbol of purity, of the Goddess in Her Maiden aspect.  It is said to be bad luck to wear pearls on a Wedding day, and good luck to receive them as a gift upon a first anniversary.  Pearls are a gift of true love.

Alexandrite is a gift for someone of low self-esteem.  It encourages healthy ego and inner strength.  Sacred stone of Russia, it also grants the wearer a royal air of grace.

Moonstone is sacred to the Goddess.  When combined in a charm with both amber and jet, it can grant mystical energies to the wearer.

Opal is a magick stone, said to be of bad luck if worn by one who does not carry it as a birth stone.  Black Opals are sacred to the Goddess, and worn by Witches to increase their power in ritual and craft work.  Opals can fade in colour over time, but when fresh they may contain all the colours in a spectrum.  Because of this it is said that Opals contain every gemstone’s powers and abilities.
